1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Regresco ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Regresco is a cloud-based regression testing platform for web applications. The Service allows you to define test flows, execute automated browser tests via Playwright, and view results including screenshots, traces, and failure classifications.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to test websites you do not own or have authorization to test
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service

5. Plans and Usage Limits

The Service offers different plans with varying usage limits on test runs and projects per billing period. Usage is counted when a test run is accepted into the queue. Unused runs do not roll over between periods.

6. Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your test definitions, credentials, and results. We do not access your test data except as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Credentials and Security

If you provide staging environment credentials for authenticated testing, they are encrypted at rest. You are responsible for using test-only credentials. Do not provide production credentials or credentials with elevated privileges.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to bugs not caught by tests, production incidents, or data loss.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
